Insurance and Payment

I am committed to making therapy accessible and offer several options for payment:

Self-Pay

• Sessions are available at a private pay rate of $125 per 50-minute session.

• Self-pay clients have the flexibility of increased privacy and do not require a mental health diagnosis.

Insurance Coverage

I currently accept the following insurance plans:

For New Jersey Clients:

• Aetna

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Cigna / Evernorth

• Optum

• United Healthcare (UHC) / United Behavioral Health (UBH)

For Delaware Clients:

• Aetna

If you're unsure whether your plan includes behavioral health coverage or if I'm in-network, I recommend calling your insurance company directly for the most up-to-date information. I’m also happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement upon request.
